Vanbarton Group 5550 Apartment Graphics
Services - Large Scale Print and Design Wayfinding
Vanbarton Group wanted to install large wayfinding graphics to cover blank areas of the parking garage. I was responsible for creating and producing graphics that would help residents find their park as well as bringing some art and life to the cold concrete walls. They wanted something that was high-end but represented the liveliness of Downtown LA/Hollywood. Using a neo art deco style of graphics mixed with their luxury brand fonts I blended in a few iconic features of Southern California.
Turnbridge Equities - Mosiac
Services - Large-Scale Print Pre- Press and Production
Mosaic is a residential and commercial destination billed as a unification of the local and the like-minded. I was responsible for taking initial plans and dimensions and using the final artwork to make sure that the size and format were correct. I also was tasked with shooting videos and photos of the Mosiac Area during the art installation phase as well as community events and editing them for social media.

Services - Monthly Website and Brochure Updates
Senior Care Realty is a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm based in Oregon, Wisconsin that specializes in senior care and assisted living facilities. I am responsible for updating Offering Brochures and New Property Emails. Sticking to the strict brand guidelines and problem-solving fitting new content.
Austin 2nd Street District
Services - Monthly Website Updates
2nd Street District is Austin’s best mix of local retail, restaurants, living and entertainment. I was responsible for taking a list of monthly articles that mention shops in the 2nd Street District and re-posting them to the news page on the website. I also updated the monthly blog post on the website.
